The term used when a co-worker is able to delay, procrastinate, goof off or mess up numerous tasks. Do you have one of these people perhaps sitting nect to you? or are you one of them. Me i take about 15 mintues each day to contemplate why in the world some people are able to draw a salary when ideally some people should be drawing two. Oh, well such is life, I should have been a doctor, or lawyer when the me first of billable hours all comes back. So there you go, stop surfing the next and dig yourself into that mutli tabbed excel spread sheet.
